Keepify 是一个本地优先的收藏管理 App。这份政策说明我们如何处理你的数据——简而言之:你的收藏只存在你的手机里。
你保存的链接、图片、笔记、标签、分类等全部内容,只存储在你设备的本地数据库中(App Group 容器,供主 App、分享扩展和小组件共用)。我们没有账号体系,不建用户数据库,不会在服务器上存储你的收藏内容。
AI 摘要为可选功能:首次使用前 App 会说明数据去向并征得你的同意,你也可以随时在「设置 → AI」中关闭云端 AI,关闭后保存、浏览、搜索完全不受影响。
生成摘要时,仅该条收藏的标题、来源域名和正文节选会经加密传输到我们部署在 Cloudflare Workers 上的无状态中转服务,由它调用 OpenAI 的 API 生成结果。中转服务是无状态管道:接收文本 → 调用模型 → 返回结果,全程不写数据库、不记录内容日志。根据 OpenAI 的 API 数据使用条款,API 提交的数据不会用于训练模型,保留期不超过 30 天。你的手记、标签、批注和收藏库整体永远不会被发送。
为了执行云端 AI 的每日免费配额(免费版 10 次/天),App 会生成一个匿名设备 ID(基于 iOS identifierForVendor,无法关联到你的身份),仅用于中转服务的配额计数。计数按天保存,不关联任何收藏内容。
App 仅在前台打开时检测剪贴板中是否存在链接,以便提示你快捷收藏。剪贴板内容不会离开你的设备,也不会在后台读取。
Keepify Pro 订阅通过 Apple StoreKit 完成,支付信息由 Apple 处理,我们不会接触你的付款信息。订阅状态仅用于解锁 Pro 功能。

Keepify is a local-first save-for-later app. In short: your saves live only on your phone.
Everything you save — links, images, notes, tags, categories — is stored only in the on-device database (an App Group container shared by the main app, the share extension, and widgets). We have no accounts, no user database, and we never store your saves on our servers.
AI summaries are optional: the app explains what leaves your device and asks for your choice before the first use, and you can turn cloud AI off anytime in Settings → AI. Saving, browsing and search keep working either way.
When a summary is generated, only that item's title, source domain and an excerpt of the page text are sent over an encrypted connection to our stateless relay on Cloudflare Workers, which calls the OpenAI API to produce the result. The relay is a stateless pipe: receive text → call the model → return the result, writing nothing to any database and keeping no content logs. Under OpenAI's API data usage terms, API data is not used to train models and is retained for no more than 30 days. Your notes, tags, annotations and your library as a whole are never sent.
To enforce the daily free quota for cloud AI (10 requests/day on the free plan), the app generates an anonymous device ID (based on iOS identifierForVendor, which cannot be linked to your identity). It is used solely for quota counting on the relay, resets daily, and is never associated with your saves.
The app checks the clipboard for links only while it is open in the foreground, so it can offer to save them. Clipboard content never leaves your device and is never read in the background.
Keepify Pro subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple StoreKit. We never see your payment information; subscription status is used only to unlock Pro features.
